Job Description
- Assists receptionist with patient coordination; schedule follow-up visits and answer calls/books appointments as necessary
- Manages up-to-date clinic income records by sending and receiving bank checks and documenting all relevant transactions
- Assists in issuing receipts and charge slips
- Facilitates HMO approvals (Health Maintenance Organizations such as Medicard, Maxicare, Cocolife, etc.)
- Submits daily and weekly Census
- Creates daily, weekly, and monthly reports from clinic financial data
- Other tasks given by the Clinic Manager
Job Qualification
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Fresh graduates may apply
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment
- Experience in healthcare billing is an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication
