Job Description:
- Receives and distributes all incoming and outgoing documents from departments and the different TMC clinics
- Ensures proper handling of inquiries, takes down messages and make sure it is relayed to concerned personnel
- Maintains the file of the operations department reports and documents
- Monitors supplies and replenishment of the operations department
Job Qualification:
- Graduate of any 4-year course preferably BS Computer Science
- Has experience in both administrative and secretarial task
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Fresh graduates may apply
